Advanco is the leading provider (ISV) for Item Level Serialization and Track-and-Trace throughout the entire supply chain around any ERP system. Advanco is focusing now for over 10 years on customers in the pharmaceutical industry. The software solution called ARC, it interacts with all the different technology components in the customer’s solution stack (packaging hardware, shop floor technology, ERP, etc.). In addition, the ARC solution is the gateway to the national databases used for verification. ARC is installed at over 30 customers around the globe, at more than 50 sites and controls over 300 package lines. The entire solution is built to and complies with strict international regulatory standards. The core expertise in barcode, RFID and supply chain solutions has been built with experience over the last 37 years.

VISIOTT Track and Trace Solutions, founded in 2005, provides HIGH-QUALITY and COST-EFFECTIVE Track and Trace solutions for the packaging of pharmaceutical products.  Since 2009, VISIOTT has completed more than 500  turnkey Track and Trace projects. The solutions, software and hardware, are manufactured in ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility, without the help of any third-party contractors. The systems are GAMP 5 validated and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. They comply with all the regulations around the world such as EU-FMD, FDA, MDLP, etc. VISIOTT has never limited itself to the delivery of the solutions, but it has the best after-sales support in the industry.

The latest offering are pre-serialized labels, tamper evident labels or the combination of both. Serialized and produced according to the global anti counterfeit legislation (e.g. FMD 2011/62/EU). Russia crypto code implementation via pre-printed labels. With the entry into force of Russian Federal Law No. 488-FZ, crypto serialization has become mandatory in Russia from January 2020. The so-called crypto code is characterized by the required cryptographic components, which allow the data set to be coded to more than double in comparison to EU serialization. The requirements place high demands on the technical printing implementation. The use of pre-serialized labels solves these challenges.
